What a darling look for any formal event including weddings and more! In able to give a girl with shorter hair an updo, it is best if her hair is at least slightly longer than her shoulders. This updo for shorter hair is easily accomplished following the easy steps below!

Supplies Needed for this Hairstyle:

1. Your favorite way to give full, beatiful curls
2. Five - seven small jaw clips -- clear or that match the color of her hair
3. A fully open rose of any color or other fresh or silk flower
4. Several Bobby Pins for attachig the rose

Step #1:

As mentioned above, you will need to start with lots of curls in her hair!  To get lasting, bouncy curls without using a hot curling iron or old fashioned sponge rollers (Click on the pink link to learn more!)

Step #2:

Next, using three clear, small jaw clips (found in the hair accessories aisle), you simply pull back her hair on each side and secured with a clip on the top, back of her head. Then you do the same to the front of her hair and secured in the center back with a small jaw clip accessory.

Step #3:

Finally, you can add three mini organza rose hair accessories above each clip and secured with a bobby pin.
